T his rule is here because, and this is coming from my real experiences as a nice guy, we tend to judge couples all too often when we feel like we can not get a girlfriend. Taking responsibility in part means to stop placing blame on others. It’s not her fault, his fault, or anyone else’s fault but your own; if you have yet managed to date a hot girl or find one to be your girlfriend. Talk to her about shared interests while on your outing. Be respectful to her by opening doors and not trying to move too fast to get to a physical relationship.

Of course, if you’re taking risks and interacting with those women, it also becomes more apparent that they’re just regular people like you. Whatever your story is about why you can’t get a girlfriend — you’re too short, too bald, too poor, too ugly — is not the REAL reason you don’t have a girlfriend. And it’s not about money, status, or power either. I know you tell yourself those are the reasons you don’t have a girlfriend, and I know they’re believable. I believed them myself for years.

It may also lead her to assume you don’t have the guts. She will lose interest. Assuming you’ve met the girl you want to make your girlfriend… here are our main guidelines for helping you avoid it ending up as just sex, or, having it fizzle out.

Flirting differentiates between friendship and love interest; it is playfully showing someone you’re romantically interested in them. The classic techniques of extended eye contact, smiling and compliments work well.

If your lady tells you she is single and would like to be in a relationship with you, then you have succeeded in getting a girlfriend. If her life is complicated or she doesn’t want a relationship, you will have to decide whether to continue getting to know her or to try a different girl. Going to a university is a big change in a person’s life.

So, if you wait too long, she will get bored with your outdated approach to dating or another guy (who knows how to attract women and escalate to sex right away) will take her from you. Getting a girlfriend can be very difficult, confusing and frustrating for a guy if he doesn’t know how to make women feel attracted to him during a conversation.

Be bold and assertive and raise this as an issue. Some people say not to, but I always bring up past relationships. If you’re sizing her up to be girlfriend material, find out why she and her last partner broke up. Remember, you’re still qualifying her.

When you find a girl who interests you, ask her to go on a date. Trust me – when you’re a stand up guy, when you’re passionate about your life and you’re interested in living it, people (which does include women) will WANT to know about it and they’ll want you to share it with them. Communicate your life story to them in a way which is humble, fun, and interested (and creates a little attraction in women) and the right people WILL notice. This rule is here to make sure you don’t just settle for that first girl. To assure you’re not chasing anymore.

4) Use dating apps like Tinder

I was able to meet women, get their numbers, and sleep with them. But after doing that for a while, I realized it’s not what I really wanted. It was more about building up my ego and self-esteem by getting lots of validation from women. And that’s ok — that’s part of the process and it might be something you need to do just like I did. You can flirt with the idea of future meet-ups but don’t try to lock her down when you’re with her.
